Ragnar Lifthrasir is an early pioneer of applying Bitcoin / Blockchain to real estate. In 2013 he founded the International Blockchain Real Estate Association. In September 2016, Ragnar announced a historic pilot program between his startup velox.RE and Chicago's Cook County Recorder's Office to test blockchain for property conveyance and lien filing. Ragnar has a real estate and general contractor's license in California. He holds a MRED from Columbia University.
